Walk-in visits are also accepted; however, patients with reservations are given priority, so waiting times may occur. Thank you for your understanding.
Dr Masatoshi Shiono, Medical Director, who has worked as a General Practitioner in England is available at the following times for English-speaking patients:
-Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00am – 11:30am, 3:30pm – 5:30pm
-Saturday: 9:00am – 12:30pm
*except for national holidays
Attention: If you have the symptoms of a fever and/or coughing, please use the intercom button on the entrance outside wall before entering. We will guide you to the separate waiting area in order to prevent in-house infection. Thank you for your cooperation.
If you don’t have a Japanese PUBLIC (NOT PRIVATE) health insurance such as national health insurance or social/employee health insurance, you need to pay the full amount of the medical service fee by cash at the end of the consultation. The fee will be calculated according to scale defined by Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW). For a private consultation (if you do not eligible for Japanese PUBLIC health insurance), 1 point is calculated as ¥20 Japanese Yen under the MHLW statement on 2nd August 2019.
